2. What we collect and why
Server log files
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and the page requested. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure site).
Quote request form
When you request a quote, we process the details you enter — name, company, email, phone, type of cleaning, frequency, size, preferred date, address and any message. We use this solely to prepare your quote and contact you about it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Contact form
When you send a message, we process your name, email, optional phone, subject and message in order to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as statutory retention periods require (for example, commercial and tax record-keeping obligations). After that, the data is deleted.

Your data is stored on our web host's servers and sent to our company email inbox. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising. Where we use processors (such as our hosting provider), they act only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
