“Company”, “We”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Joyce-Clean” – means Joyce-Clean. “Cleaner” – means the person or persons who perform cleaning services on behalf of the Company. “Customer” – means the person, firm or entity, together with a subsidiary or affiliate, to whom the Cleaning Services are supplied by the Company. “Service” – means the cleaning services performed on behalf of the Company. “Employee” – means any person who works for the Company.
“Partner Company” – means any company or independent contractor or freelancer working as a subsidiary or on behalf of Joyce-clean.
CIRCUMFERENCE
A. These terms and conditions are an agreement between the customer and Joyce-clean. This website offers certain services of Joyce-Clean for sale. By ordering services through this website or directly from Joyce-Clean, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Joyce-clean offers both an online platform and a direct sales option that provides cleaning services to customers. Customers have the option of contacting Joyce-clean through the website or by phone. As soon as a customer places an order, our company carries out its services through its employees or partner companies. If a customer places an order with Joyce-clean, it will be considered a valid offer from the customer, and the confirmation from Joyce-clean will be considered a valid acceptance, which will form a legally binding contract between the two companies. The Services are provided in accordance with the specifications provided by the Client. If the customer books cleaning, laundry or ironing clothes with Joyce-clean, cleaning products, washing machine and detergent, iron and ironing board will be provided. At the beginning of the service, he will make sure that the right things are available.
Customer’s Obligations
The Client shall provide, free of charge, all necessary electricity, hot water and other facilities that may be necessary for the Company to carry out the work. All delicate, fragile and/or high-value (sentimental or costly) items must be secured or removed before any service is provided by the Company and the Company accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to such items.
The Company shall use the Client’s cleaning products or tools and train its cleaners in the use of such products and tools, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Company’s use of such products or tools in the provision of the Cleaning Services.
“If the Client is not fully satisfied with the services provided, he must inform the Company immediately (and in any case no later than 8 hours after the provision of the Services). If he fails to do so, the company is not obliged to repair or replace, provided that the damage is always attributable to the actions of the company. Once accepted, the customer will not refuse any service during or before execution due to minor errors or defects.
Joyce-Clean or its affiliates would provide the Services in accordance with the requirements specified by the Customer in the Order (e.g., the start, duration, frequency and certain ancillary services may be determined by the Customer – such as cleaning the refrigerator interior, laundry, ironing and cleaning of the furnace interior).
“Cancellation of the Joyce Clean service is free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the service. It is a condition of the Agreement that the Client hereby agrees not to do so during the term of the Agreement or for the period of 12 months after its termination: refer to any person or persons employed by the Company, unless the Client refers to the Company itself; or offer to offer to one or more persons employed by the undertaking employment which is similar to their employment with the undertaking.
Payments
“All work performed by the Company under this Agreement will be invoiced to the Client. The Company shall agree with the Client on the number of hours to be worked and shall invoice the Client for them in accordance with this Agreement. Payment methods for the Company’s fees can be made by direct debit, credit card, online purchase on the Joyce-Clean website or bank transfer directly to the Company. Invoices are payable net without deductions within 5 days of receipt, unless otherwise specified by Joyce-Clean.
At the end of the month, payments for the subscription chosen by the customer or for the services provided will be debited to the payment method requested by the customer.
“In addition to the subscription fees, there may be additional costs, e.g. for service hours that are not included in the subscription/service package. Such payments will be debited to the payment method requested by the customer at the end of the payment month. The Company reserves the right to re-evaluate its fees at any time after the first year to reflect the above business-related costs and will provide the Client with 30 days’ notice of any changes.”
Booking Requests
“It is at the full discretion of Joyce-Clean to accept or decline any booking request made by the customer. Cancellation & Refund. You have the right to terminate this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The duration of the termination is 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of a clear statement. In order to comply with the notice period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of termination before the expiry of the notice period. If Joyce-Clean or its partner company is unable to accept a customer offer, no contract will be entered into and the customer will be informed of such withdrawal by any means of communication. If an agreement has been successfully concluded and the Client decides to terminate the contract before the first accepted date for the results of the booked SERVICE, but the notice period has expired, the CLIENT will be required to pay a one-time lump sum of €10.”

Joyce-Clean will not be considered to be in default or held responsible for the cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, strikes, lockout or boycott.
