In which cities does Joyce-Clean operate?
Joyce-Clean is currently available in Düsseldorf, Wuppertal and the Dortmund area. We are constantly working on expanding our offer to other major German cities in the near future

How can I book the Joyce-Clean service?
With Joyce-Clean it is very easy to book your personal cleaner. Please go to our website and click on the “Book Joyce-Clean” icon.
What time of day can I book Joyce-Clean?
We are available every day of the week except Sunday. From Monday to Friday, 18:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. Saturday. At 9.00 a.m. and 18.00 p.m. you can make an appointment with Joyce-Clean.
Can I book a male/female Joyce clean?
No, at the moment it is not possible to choose the gender of the cleaner who offers your service. But we’ll give you the best.
What happens after booking a Joyce-Clean?
After you have completed your subscription, our account manager will contact you by phone to arrange an initial appointment with you. At this first appointment, you will have a conversation with your Joyce Clean, in which he/she will clarify with you your personal wishes and framework conditions for the services.
When can I cancel my subscription?
All our service packages have a minimum term of one month and can be canceled at any time after the end of the one month but with one week’s notice

Does Joyce-Clean bring cleaning products?
No, the cleaning products must be available to Joyce-Clean on-site. However, the required cleaning agents would be clarified by telephone when making an appointment.

Invoice
How do I receive my invoice?
No later than three days after the end of the month, you will receive an email with your detailed invoice.
Is it possible to pay in cash?
No, it is not possible to pay in cash.
Warranty and Quality
What is the Joyce Clean Guarantee?
Joyce-Clean guarantees a high-quality cleaning service with 100% satisfaction. Also, we guarantee that we will do our best when working with one of our clients.
Can I leave my keys at Joyce-Clean?
Yes, you can. We offer a secure procedure for this, which you will learn more about at your first appointment. There is a small fee of € 10.00 for transport, insurance and key management.
What happens in the event of damage?
All our cleaners are co-insured with us. If any damage occurs during the execution of your services, please report it to our customer service (@ +24) within 49 hours. Please also make sure that you document any damage with appropriate photos.
